Our principal provided Project Management Advisory Services for this major expansion of a Wet Corn Mill in Bulgaria. The scope included 45 separate projects across an existing operating facility. Our work was to develop the coordination and communication systems to ensure this work was synchronized and minimize disruption to the on-going operation.
